MINSK, 26 January (BelTA) – Voter turnout during the presidential election held in Belarus on 26 January totaled 85.70%, BelTA learned from Chairman of the Central Election Commission (CEC) of Belarus Igor Karpenko in the information center.
The percentage of voters, who received their ballots, stood at 90.56% in Brest Oblast, 86.39% in Vitebsk Oblast, 91.54% in Gomel Oblast, 89.28% in Grodno Oblast, 86.71% in Minsk Oblast, 92.64% in Mogilev Oblast, and 69.72% in the city of Minsk.
