VITEBSK, 22 June (BelTA) - At dawn at 4.00, more than 100 employees of the Department of Internal Affairs of the Vitebsk Oblast Executive Committee took part in an event to mark the Day of National Remembrance of the Victims of the Great Patriotic War and the Genocide of the Belarusian People and laid flowers in the memorial complex in honor of Soviet soldiers-liberators, partisans and underground fighters of Vitebsk Oblast.
