MINSK, 5 March (BelTA) – American military have inspected the 6th Independent Mechanized Brigade of the Western Operational Command of Belarus' Armed Forces in line with the Conventional Armed Forces in Europe Treaty, representatives of the Belarusian Defense Ministry told BelTA.
The inspection took place on 2-5 March. The inspection confirmed that the number of weapon systems and materiel limited by the treaty and located at the site matches the numbers Belarus had released.
Apart from nine American inspectors the group included a representative of Poland.
