MOSCOW, 14 November (BelTA) - The Commission on Information Policy, Information Technologies and Communications of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union State of Belarus and Russia will convene for a meeting in Minsk on 29 November, BelTA learned from the PA press service.
"The meeting participants are set to discuss the progress towards the creation of a media company of the Union State, tariffs for the use of communication and data transmission services on the territory of the Union State and the information support for the events of the Parliamentary Assembly to celebrate the 80th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War of 1941-1945," the press service said.
Attending the event will be representatives of the Standing Committee of the Union State, the Communications and Informatization Ministry of Belarus, the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media of Russia, the Information Ministry of Belarus and the heads of the media outlets of the Union State.
