MINSK, 29 November (BelTA) – Vladimir Makei was a man of good character, Chairperson of the Belarusian Cycling Federation, state coach in cycling, Honored Master of Sports of Belarus Natallia Tslinskaya, who came to bid farewell to Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Makei on 29 November, told BelTA.
Natallia Tsylinskaya said that the head of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs was a truly great man.
“He was a man of good character. He never made empty promises. If he said something, he always did it. He never made empty words. He was deeply respected both as a person and a professional,” said Natallia Tsylinskaya.
“It is an irreplaceable loss for the country, for all of us. Blessed memory to him,” said the chairperson of the Belarusian Cycling Federation.
