MINSK, 10 September (BelTA) – An Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) will take place in Minsk on 19-21 September, the organizers told BelTA.
Lawyers from several countries will gather in Minsk to spend a few days discussing key matters relating to the resolution of disputes in international commercial arbitration and state courts.
It will be the fourth forum on record. As many as 25 highly qualified speakers from various jurisdictions will share their experience during the forum. The number includes specialists from the UK, Switzerland, Sweden, and Germany. This year the main topic of discussion will be procedural issues in international arbitration and state courts.
Every year the forum gathers over 200 players of the top international lawyer league, including representatives of law firms, corporate lawyers, attorneys, judges, specialists in the area of court disputes and arbitration as well as civil servants and representatives of the academic community. The forum has been organized by the law firm Lex Torre. According to the organizers, representatives of 23 countries have already been registered as participants of the forum.
