MINSK, 17 May (BelTA) – The Polish authorities are violating human rights, Polish dissident, judge Tomasz Szmydt told the media on 17 May, BelTA has learned.
“The Polish authorities are violating the law. They do not respect human rights. I was deprived of the right to defense, the right to a fair consideration of my situation,” Tomasz Szmydt said.
“I do not understand what I am accused of and why a warrant for my arrest was issued,” Tomasz Szmydt said.
