MINSK, 6 November (BelTA) – German actor and filmmaker Til Schweiger has arrived in Minsk to take part in the shooting of a drift promo video, BelTA learned from the organizers of the drift tour.
The actor was greeted on the Minsk 2 National Airport grounds in the business aviation center featuring cars with the Blockchain Sports logo.
The shooting of the drift promo video in Belarus has been on for about a week. Taking part in the project are drift pilots from Japan, Australia, the Netherlands, Thailand and Brazil. They have been invited by the international company Blockchain Sports Ecosystem and the company Drift Labs in partnership with X-Labs inc, a resident of Belarus’ Hi-Tech Park. The pilots have already visited the regional centers, namely Brest, Gomel, Mogilev, and Grodno. The video will feature the country’s landmarks, including the Puslovskys Palace in Kosovo and Nesvizh Castle.
Til Schweiger is best known for his appearance in the German crime tragicomedy Knocking on Heavan’s Door, Quentin Tarantino's film Inglourious Basterds, action movies Lara Croft: Tomb Raider 2 and King Arthur.
