MINSK, 22 April (BelTA) – A delegation of the Belarusian National Technical University led by Rector Sergei Kharitonchik paid a visit to Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov, BelTA learned from the press service of the university.
The Belarusian delegation held talks with the leadership of Tashkent State Technical University on the harmonization of joint educational programs, the organization of joint student teams and coordination of the enrollment of students studying in joint educational programs.
A meeting of the Academic Council of Tashkent State Technical University was held as part of the visit. During the meeting the rector of Belarusian National Technical University was awarded the title of Honorary Doctor of the Tashkent State Technical University named after Islam Karimov.
