Szmydt links passport revocation with launch of Prawda Polska Foundation

MINSK, 11 October (BelTA) - Polish former judge Tomasz Szmydt believes that that the Polish authorities revoked his passport after he opened the Prawda Polska Foundation, BelTA has learned.

"As soon as I opened the Prawda Polska Foundation, they created problems for me again. But we will continue what we do. We will continue to talk about what is happening in the European Union, what is happening in Poland. We did our first program about a MEP and then the problems followed. Let's see how the second program goes. I will not reveal who and what we will talk about," Tomasz Szmydt said.
He expressed the opinion that there is no democracy in the European Union now. He suggested recalling Poland and the EU’s actions in relation to him every time they raise the topic of human rights violations in Belarus, Russia or China.
