
MOSTY, 14 August (BelTA) – A series of inter-regional cooperation agreements were signed at the 4th Congress of Small Towns of Grodno Oblast and Nizhny Novgorod Oblast, BelTA has learned.
After the plenary session, participants adopted and signed the congress resolution along with several other documents. Notably, a cooperation roadmap between small towns of the two regions was finalized.
A signing ceremony was held for a cooperation agreement and a partnership roadmap between the Grodno Oblast Youth Parliaments Association and the Association of Youth Parliaments at Legislative Bodies of the Administrative Districts of the Russian Federation’s Volga Federal District.

The event also featured the signing of cooperation agreements between Zelva District Tourist Information Center and the Voskresenskoye Povetluzhye Information Center; as well as the Culture Sector of the Mosty District Executive Committee and the Culture Section of the Semyonovsky Urban District Administration.
A signing ceremony marked the accession of Voronovo District, Grodno Oblast to the PAR 5+ Alliance.
The event concluded with the ceremonial handover of the congress symbol to a representative of the Bolsheboldinsky Municipal District that will host the congress next year.
The 4th Congress of Small Towns of Grodno Oblast and Nizhny Novgorod Oblast is running on 12-15 August. Activities have spanned multiple districts, with final proceedings underway in Mosty.
