Serbia, Belarus urged to fight together against foreign interference

MINSK, 1 November (BelTA) – Serbia and Belarus can fight together against foreign interference in their internal affairs, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Aleksandar Vulin told the media following his meeting with State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Aleksandr Volfovich in Minsk on 31 October, BelTA has learned.

"We agreed to share our best practices on security cooperation. Both Belarus and Serbia have often been the targets of foreign interference in their internal affairs. Both countries faced attempts at color revolutions. We can fight against these together. I would like to take the occasion to address the citizens of Belarus. Once a color revolution was successfully carried out in Serbia. But after that we experienced one of the hardest periods in our country's history," Aleksandar Vulin noted.

He stressed that after successful color revolutions, people cannot choose their own destiny because foreigners handpicks the leadership of the state. "Foreign powers do not wish you well by picking up your government. They come to you to seize your wealth and markets. They come to impose their way of thinking," Aleksandar Vulin said.
