MINSK, 25 January (BelTA) – Belarusian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maksim Ryzhenkov has met with CIS Secretary General, head of the CIS observation mission for the presidential election in the Republic of Belarus Sergei Lebedev, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
The parties also discussed cooperation between the Republic of Belarus and the CIS.
Sergei Lebedev updated the Belarusian foreign minister on the work of the CIS mission in Belarus.
Maksim Ryzhenkov remarked that cooperation within the CIS is one of the priority vectors of Belarus' foreign policy.
