MINSK, 21 November (BelTA) – Russia’s Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief will evacuate Russian and Belarusian citizens from Lebanon, Head of the Consular Section of the Russian Embassy in Beirut Oleg Demirov told TASS.
A group of 60 citizens of Russia and Belarus is flying home from Beirut on the same plane that delivered humanitarian aid to Lebanese people affected by the Israeli aggression.
“Russia’s Ministry of Civil Defence, Emergencies and Disaster Relief sent a special flight to deliver humanitarian aid to the Republic of Lebanon. On the way back, 40 citizens of Russia and 20 citizens of Belarus, who found themselves in a difficult situation amid the hostilities, will be evacuated,” Oleg Demirov informed.
