BAIKONUR, 21 March (BelTA) – The head of the Russian space industry corporation Roscosmos Yury Borisov talked to reporters and explained the reason why the launch of the manned crew transfer vehicle Soyuz MS-25 with a Belarusian on board had been canceled earlier today, BelTA has learned.
Yury Borisov said: “An off-nominal situation was detected during the final stage of the prelaunch procedures and the entire process was terminated. The cause has been identified.”
In his words, at a session of the State Commission they found out that the voltage of a chemical source of electricity had been lower than specified.
