GRODNO, 29 November (BelTA) - Many are looking for a better life in Europe for the sake of their children, one of the refugees told BelTA.
Today is the 22nd day for the refugees at the border. They are living in the temporary accommodation facility in the transport and logistics center near the Bruzgi border checkpoint.
"Indeed, we are very hopeful that the situation will be resolved in our favor. How long will we have to wait? We are prepared, if necessary, to wait a month or two. The main thing is to reach Europe. For example, Germany," the man said. He is stranded in the transport and logistics center together with his wife and two young children. "For me, this is the most important mission in life. I want a better future for my children," he said.
The refugees noticed the change in the weather. "We're not used to that. It's getting colder, it's raining, it's snowing. Therefore, the assistance that Belarus provides to us is of particular importance. We are warm, there is food, water, baby food and other essentials for babies," the man summed up.
