
MINSK, 21 May (BelTA) - About 200 new products are on display at MILEX, Chairman of the State Authority for Military Industry Dmitry Pantus told the media at the 12th edition of the international arms and defense technology expo MILEX 2025 in Minsk on 21 May, BelTA has learned.
"As of today, more than 50 official delegations from 30 countries are taking part in the expo. This number, I think, will increase slightly in the next few days. For the first time this year MILEX has a new venue - BelExpo. The expo occupies more than 6,000 square meters outdoors and more than 5,000 square meters indoors," Dmitry Pantus said.
"In general, about 200 products are exhibited for the first time," he added.

According to Dmitry Pantus, more than 750 samples of various types of weapons and hardware are on view. There are many civilian samples. The expo will be running until 24 May and the State Authority for Military Industry will report on the results of its work, Dmitry Pantus said.
"In general, about 200 products are exhibited for the first time," he added.



Dmitry Pantus drew attention to the Buk-MB2K anti-aircraft missile system with a fully domestic missile and Julietta unmanned system which is presented for the first time. After the expo it will undergo serious tests to check its compliance with the requirements for this kind of products. Another novelty is the SKY-TRUCK helicopter-type unmanned system, which can be used for both military and civilian purposes.
