MINSK, 27 August (BelTA) – Over 970 haulers were stranded in Belarus to cross the border with the European Union as of 14.00 on 27 August, BelTA learned from the website of the State Border Committee.
Over 30 trucks were queuing at the Belarus-Latvia border at the Urbany checkpoint.
More than 70 heavy-duty trucks were waiting to cross the border with Lithuania at the Vidzy checkpoint, over 150 at Kotlovka, more than 300 at Kamenny Log, over 230 at Benyakoni and more than 190 at Privalka.
There were no queues on the Belarus-Poland border.
