MINSK, 8 April (BelTA) – Belarus has hosted over 62,500 visa-waiver travelers from the neighboring EU countries since 1 January 2024, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
Since the start of the year, Belarus has welcomed 62,648 foreigners from the adjacent EU countries: 31,859 citizens of Lithuania, 14,672 citizens and 3,780 non-citizens of Latvia, and 12,337 Polish citizens.
Belarus has hosted 863,254 arrivals from the neighboring EU countries since the launch of the visa-waiver program, including 527,070 citizens of Lithuania, 199,473 citizens and 59,895 non-citizens of Latvia, and 76,816 Polish citizens.
