Over 5.74m Belarusians now fully vaccinated against COVID-19

MINSK, 21 April (BelTA) – Over 6.176 million people in Belarus have got the first shot of a COVID-19 vaccine, of them over 5.747 million have completed the vaccination process, BelTA learned from the press service of the Belarusian Healthcare Ministry.

Over 107,700 teenagers aged 12-17 have received one shot of the vaccine, of them more than 81,200 children have been fully vaccinated.

Thus, 66.1% of the population of the Republic of Belarus have received one dose of the vaccine, 61.5% have been fully vaccinated.

Belarusians are also getting booster shots of the vaccine, with 7.13% of the population having completed it so far.
