MINSK, 17 October (BelTA) – Over 283,000 foreigners have visited Belarus as part of the visa-waiver travel program, BelTA learned from the State Border Committee of Belarus.
"Over the past week, Belarus hosted 10,090 visa-waiver arrivals: 7,174 citizens of Lithuania, 1,614 citizens and 513 non-citizens of Latvia, 789 citizens of Poland," the committee said.
Since the launch of the visa-waiver program for neighboring EU countries, Belarus has hosted 283,799 arrivals: 182,668 Lithuanian citizens, 68,909 citizens and 21,187 non-citizens of Latvia and 11,035 Polish citizens.
