Dmitry admits that he was skeptical about the house after reading several negative reviews on the internet, but he has no complaints about his new apartment.
“The house is beautiful, clean and bright, the apartment is just great, I accepted it without any complaints. The windows open well, there are no scratches, the hoods work,” the man explained.
He is confident that when the construction works are over, the area will become even better.

The house has two exits opposite to each other, and there are commercial premises on the ground floor. According to Tamara Shmavgonets, ‘it is just a far cry from' her old apartment. The woman came for the acceptance procedure with her eldest daughter Anna.
“It's a great idea that each house has its own name, its own personality. It is very beautiful,” they said.
Tamara liked the base-build design concept, and the view from the panoramic windows. The quarter itself impressed her too:
“I think it will be comfortable and convenient to live here. We have a dog, so the whole family is looking forward to having walking and cycling paths.”
According to Tamara Shmavgonets, she wanted her new apartment to be close to the metro. From here, it is easy to get to two metro stations by bus or even on foot.
“We are very happy today,” she said.
Oksana Lemesheva also praised the convenience of the Southern Europe quarter. Her family will soon move into a new three-room apartment here. Oksana Lemesheva came to the acceptance of her apartment with a specialist who had no complaints either.
“These apartments are beautiful and spacious, the neighborhood is nice. This is almost the center of the city. There are many public transport stops and recreation facilities nearby,” the client noted.
