MINSK, 1 February (BelTA) - The world war three is raging in the world. It is a hybrid war, and now it has arrived in Russia, Director – Editor-in-Chief of the Belarus Segodnya publishing house Dmitry Zhuk said in the Editors' Club program on the Belarus 1 TV channel, BelTA has learned.
Dmitry Zhuk noted that they use the same methods to destabilize the situation in different regions. "I have the impression that this is the world war three. It started with the Arab Spring and swept through North Africa on to Syria, then to Ukraine, Georgia, Armenia, and Serbia. Today it is Russia, the main rival to the United States. What we are seeing is just the hybrid world war three," the head of the media holding company said.
He believes that the West will not stop. They will continue with the efforts to rock the boat in Russia. Belarus will not be left alone either. "The president is absolutely right when he says it's a long game. This game is very long. It is only that the methods have become very sophisticated. Some of our citizens are fighting against the rest of the society for their own destruction," Dmitry Zhuk said
