MINSK, 16 January (BelTA) - When there is a controlled chaos, there is a chance to buy everything on the cheap, Vladimir Pertsov, Director of the Minsk office of the Mir TV company, said on the air of the Belarus 1 TV channel on 15 January, BelTA informs.
"A controlled chaos creates ample opportunities to to buy everything on the cheap: banks, industries and entire states, which we see happen in every color revolution," Vladimir Pertsov said.
In his view, the tools to create such a controlled chaos include media and major social networks. "Any point of view that differs from their editorial policy is subject to destruction, digital oblivion," he said.
"Don't you think you have just formulated the editorial policy of tut.by now? It is brilliant and accurate," said Dmitry Zhuk, Director - Editor-in-Chief of the Belarus Segodnya Publishing House.
