Moscow to host CSTO summit on 16 May

MOSCOW, 12 May (BelTA) - The leaders of the countries of the Collective Security Treaty Organization will meet on 16 May in Moscow for a summit on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Collective Security Treaty and the 20th anniversary of the CSTO, spokesman for the Russian president Dmitry Peskov told the media, BelTA has learned.

“Moscow will host the CSTO summit on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the CSTO on 16 May," Dmitry Peskov said. "This will be a meeting of the leaders, and a working breakfast."

According to the spokesman, following the summit, statements for the press will be made by CSTO Secretary General Stanislav Zas and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, who is currently presiding in the CSTO.
