MINSK, 3 November (BelTA) - Moldovan citizens from Kursk Oblast of the Russian Federation came to Minsk to vote in the presidential runoff, BelTA has learned.
The polling station has been set up at the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova. There are many people who want to vote, despite the frosty weather. Volunteers offer hot tea and snacks to help people keep warm.
