The Minsk World multifunctional complex, using the services of best architects and urban planners of Belarus and other countries, has implemented the concept of a "15-minute city", with infrastructure facilities located nearby or directly in the stylobates of new houses. Along with the development of quarters, where upscale new houses are being commissioned, work is also underway to improve transport links.
Both those who drive a car and those who use public transport can easily go from Minsk World to any district of the city or further behind the Minsk Ring Road for the weekend.
The streets adjacent to the multifunctional complex - Kizhevatova and Aerodromnaya streets, Igora Luchenka and Belgradskaya, Brilevskaya and Leonida Levina, Bratskaya and Germanovskaya, Southern Highway and Prospekt Mira make trips of motorists as comfortable as possible.
In the multifunctional complex, ground parking lots are located outside of the quarters. Most new houses have entrances on both sides.
One of them leads to a safe adjacent area with children's and sports grounds, and pet training zones.
The second entry leads to the external side of the quarter where you can park your car. Due to the ‘separation' of the adjacent territory and the parking, parents will not have to worry about the safety of their kids.
People who are pressed for time will certainly appreciate such a solution, as it allows a fast and easy access to their car. As one of the city's thoroughfares is located in close proximity to the parking, residents of the quarter will be able to quickly reach any destination in the city.
In the quarters Africa (left) and World Dances (right), ground parking is also located along the external perimeter. Car owners from these houses will be able to easily reach Nikola Tesla Street that leads to Brilevskaya Street, and then (through Kazintsa Street or Kizhevatova Street) to the Minsk Ring Road.
Residents of the Casablanca house in the Africa quarter can also park their vehicles on the outside of the quarter. This parking offers an easy access to Leonid Levin Street and Nikola Tesla Street. Driving along these streets, you can leave the city. You can also use the roundabout opened near the former airport building in December 2021. Here the traffic is arranged in the same way as on Bangalore Square. To enhance the safety, a traffic light was installed to determine the order in which vehicles pass.
There is access to the city's most important highway - Aerodromnaya Street, which leads to Denisovskaya Street and then to Partizansky Prospekt or to Nezavisimosti Prospekt (via Chkalova and Moskovskaya Streets). Aerodromnaya Street also gives access to Zhukova Prospekt and Pushkina Prospekt, to the western part of the city.
The highest level of vehicle security can be provided at multi-storey car parks. Some of them are already in operation and some are still under construction in the Minsk World mixed-use complex. The car owner has automated 24/7 access, with the car being under continuous video surveillance.
Those who prefer to use ground public transport will be interested to know that in addition to popular and well-known bus No.100, Minsk World is connected by other routes with the most distant districts of the Belarusian capital, which enable commuters to quickly reach any point of the city.
Let's name just a few. Route No.82c connects Serebryanka with Kurasovshchina, route No.84 connects Slepyanka with Malinovka, bus No.93 connects Shabany with the center of Minsk. The mixed-use complex will be comfortable for cycling and running enthusiasts. All quarters of Minsk World are connected by bicycle and pedestrian paths.
Within walking distance is Kovalskaya Sloboda metro station, which was commissioned in November 2020. The Aerodromnaya metro station of the new Zelenoluzhskaya line is expected to open in 2023. Finishing work with porcelain tiles is already underway there.
The metro station Aerodromnaya will be opened next to the International Financial Center, which will become a transnational hub for implementing business projects of businessmen and companies from various countries.
The largest shopping and entertainment center Avia Mall, which was named after the now defunct Minsk 1 airport, will be opened next to the International Financial Center.
The appearance of these objects on the Minsk World map will drive up prices per square meter in the newly built houses in prestigious quarters of the multifunctional complex.
