
MINSK, 9 June (BelTA) - The CIS Economic Court is set to hold its plenary session in Minsk on 10 June 10, BelTA learned from the CIS Economic Court.
The plenary session is the highest collegial body of the CIS Economic Court, consisting of judges of the court (one from each state) and chairpersons of the highest national courts with jurisdiction to hear economic disputes in the states that are parties to the agreement on the status of the CIS Economic Court (Belarus, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Russia, and Tajikistan).
The agenda of the upcoming plenary session will feature elections for the chairperson of the CIS Economic Court and his or her deputy (elected every two years), issues related to amendments to the regulations of the CIS Economic Court and the plenary session of the CIS Economic Court, and a number of other matters.
