MINSK, 4 December (BelTA) - Belarus' Consul General in Chongqing of China Dmitry Yemelyanov met with Li Mingquan, Deputy Director General of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government on 4 December, BelTA learned from the Belarusian diplomatic mission in Chongqing.
