MINSK, 18 November (BelTA) - Representatives of 8 German and 10 Belarusian cities of Belarus have gathered in Minsk for the regular Belarusian-German meeting, Boris Batura, Chairman of the Board of the Belarusian public organization Twin Cities, said at the 12th meeting of representatives of the twin cities of Belarus and Germany in Minsk on 18 November, BelTA has learned.
"People's diplomacy of cities has become an integral part of interstate relations.
