MINSK, 6 June (BelTA) – The International ICT forum TIBO 2022 will take stock of the progress made in IT development in Belarus and determine the plans for the future, Belarusian Communications and Informatization Minister Konstantin Shulgan told the media at the international forum on information and communications technologies TIBO 2022 in Minsk on 6 June, BelTA has learned.
“This international exhibition belongs to the category of events that review IT development in the country both in economic and social sectors. It is not only a demonstration of the projects already developed and being implemented. It is also a meeting of specialists and experts in this industry. At forums and round tables they work out solutions for further action. Based on the analysis of these meetings, we will form a further development plan and prepare the events that will translate these ideas into action,” said Konstantin Shulgan.
In his words, TIBO is is a multifaceted event for IT specialists and the population. “The field of application of IT solutions is huge,” the minister added.
The International Forum on Information and Communication Technologies TIBO 2022 will be running from 6 to 10 June at Minsk Arena.
The 4th edition of the Eurasian Digital Forum, the 5th installment of the Belarusian ICT Summit, and the II Digital Economy Forum will be held at Minsk Arena this week. The last day of the forum will mark the ceremonies for the internet award TIBO 2022, Belarus ICT Startup Award and the national competition for youth initiatives Agro 4.0.
