ZHLOBIN, 25 October (BelTA) - The participants of the Marathon of Unity visited the Belarusian steel mill BMZ in Zhlobin on 25 October to learn about advanced technologies and production achievements of the enterprise, BelTA has learned.
During the tour, Igor Chernyavsky, Deputy Director General for Metalware Production, spoke about the prospects of the enterprise's development, noting its unique features and competitive advantages in the market. “Our enterprise demonstrates high profitability and stable growth. We produce unique products for the automotive industry, taking into account the specifications of each client. BMZ is the only enterprise of such scale in the post-Soviet space, and this imposes a responsibility on us to maintain high quality standards and introduce modern technologies,” he said.
For blogger Angelina Mikhaleva, a visit to BMZ was a real discovery. “I was amazed by the scale of production and the approach to every detail. BMZ is not just a plant, it is a whole complex that provides a full cycle of metallurgical production. Here they create products that are really in demand internationally, and this speaks of the high standard of development of the domestic industry,” she said.
Thanks to visits to enterprises as part of the Marathon of Unity, bloggers have a unique opportunity to show their audience how real professionals work, Yekaterina Pshentseva, a participant of the marathon, said. “This is especially important for young people - to see how diverse and interesting industry-related professions are. It not only broadens their horizons, but also helps them make an informed career choice,” the blogger said.
The BMZ plant impresses not only with its scale, but also with the way every detail of the production process is valued here, blogger Maksim Bondarchuk said. “It is great to see how modern technologies are integrated into every stage of work, which makes the products of high quality and in demand on the international market. I was amazed by the level of professionalism of the employees and their commitment to excellence. This is a great example for the younger generation: professionalism and responsibility are the key factors of success in any sector,” the blogger said.
