MOLODECHNO, 11 October (BelTA) – The "not-boring not-lecture" meeting was about the quality content and wonderful audience, Deputy Education Minister Yekaterina Petrutskaya told the media after a meeting with the students of Molodechno Polytechnic College on 11 October, BelTA has learned.
"Nowadays, it is quite difficult to have a frank, emotional unscripted dialogue with young people. The audience was wonderful and I had great helpers. Without quality content the ‘not-boring not-lecture’ meeting would be impossible," Yekaterina Petrutskaya said.
She noted that together with the audience they discussed quite a challenging topic – the concept of choice.
"Today Belarus offers all kinds of opportunities for young people. Our youth is the best. We will make sure of this once again as we travel the country with 'not-boring non-lecture' meetings as part of the Marathon of Unity, which is very important for cultivating active citizenship and true patriotism in young people. I am sure that ‘not-boring not-lectures' will feature very interesting speakers," Yekaterina Petrutskaya added.
