Gala concert at Kupala Night festival in Alexandria   

ALEXANDRIA, 6 July (BelTA) -The Kupala Night festival (Alexandria Gathers Friends) wrapped up with a gala concert on 5 July, BelTA learned.

Every year the concert program has a new concept. This year it was Alexandria Cinema House. The gala concert was staged as an interactive musical themed around very popular Soviet films and featuring popular tunes from the films but in modern interpretation.

The gala concert culminated with a bright display of fireworks and a bonfire on the banks of the Dnieper River.
