Kochanova meets with students of Minsk Gymnasium No. 24

MINSK, 26 March (BelTA) – Chair of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Natalya Kochanova met with students of Minsk Gymnasium No. 24 as part of the information and education project “School of an active citizen”. The event took place in the upper house of the Belarusian parliament, BelTA has learned.

The meeting was frank and high-spirited. For more than an hour and a half, the students asked Natalya Kochanova questions about patriotism, personal growth, and life principles. “I have great impressions from this meeting. Very good guys. They raised all kinds of topics. The boys talked about patriotism, military service. The issues of their concern are also important for our country. I really liked it. I think that we have become friends with the guys,” Natalya Kochanova noted.

The speaker was inspired by this meeting. “Indeed, I have a very good mood after this meeting. I think the students liked it too. The conversation was frank, there were no taboo topics, just like every time when we meet with young people. These are mutually beneficial meetings that give us energy and, I hope, they are of interest to the children. In general, when you become older, you come to realize how important it is to meet an adult who can give you good advice. Sometimes one meeting changes your life dramatically. What to wish our guys? Of course, health, the materialization of all their plans. In general, I always say: love our country, this is very important. If you love our country, we will be sure that it will remain just as beautiful, clean, and bright,” the senator said.
