The kite flying festival o"May Sky of Victory" was held in Brest on 14 May. It featured about 100 schoolchildren of the city and their parents. The organizers of the kite festival were the Department of Education of the Brest City Hall, the supplementary education center for children and teenagers, the Brest Regional Department at the Emergencies Ministry.
