MINSK, 11 October (BelTA) - A turning point in the special operation in Ukraine may come in November-February, Chairman of the State Security Committee of Belarus (KGB) Ivan Tertel said at a briefing on ongoing military and political developments in Belarus and abroad, BelTA has learned.
"If the Russian Federation conducts a quality mobilization campaign, provides its group with technical means and advanced weapons, then the military operation will enter a key phase. According to our estimates, a turning point will come in the period from November of this year to February of next year,” Ivan Tertel said.
