MINSK, 10 November (BelTA) – A joint sitting of the two chambers of the Belarusian parliament is scheduled for 23 November, Chairman of the House of Representatives Vladimir Andreichenko said at the meeting of the ninth session of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the seventh convocation, BelTA has learned.
“A joint sitting of the two chambers of the Belarusian parliament is to be held on 23 November. The government will answer questions from deputies of the House of Representatives and members of the Council of the Republic,” Vladimir Andreichenko said.
According to him, Deputy Prime Minister Piotr Parkhomchik will deliver a report on the performance of the manufacturing industry, petrochemical complex and energy sector and outline development prospects for these industries amidst global developments.
