MINSK, 16 February (BelTA) - A delegation of the Iraqi Ministry of Interior visited the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Belarus in Minsk, BelTA has learned.
The meeting between the representatives of the university and Iraqi law enforcers took place at the International Center for Training, Professional Development, Retraining of Staff in Migration and Counter-Trafficking at the Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The center offers more than 20 programs, including in such areas as combating human trafficking, migration management, organization of high-tech crime investigation, combating economic crime, detection and investigation of drug trafficking crimes, and combating organized crime.
The Iraqi delegation got familiar with the material and technical base of the center, expressed interest in educational courses and showed interest in training programs.
