
MINSK, 15 April (BelTA) – The 30th edition of International medical forum Healthcare of Belarus, featuring an exhibition of the same name, opened in Minsk on 15 April, BelTA has learned.
Healthcare Minister Aleksandr Khodzhayev emphasized the high demand for Belarusian healthcare among foreign citizens. According to him, in 2024, more than 160,000 foreign nationals from 159 countries received medical assistance from Belarusian specialists. This shows the worldwide recognition of Belarusian medicine.
The minister stressed that large-scale events like the Healthcare of Belarus exhibition help achieve numerous outcomes, including the implementation of modern technologies and improved material and technical support, ultimately resulting in high-quality healthcare.
"The exhibition will cover various aspects: educational and practical. This reflects the multifaceted nature of our healthcare system," Aleksandr Khodzhayev added.
The Healthcare of Belarus exhibition is an excellent platform for companies involved in the production or supply of pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, materials, instruments, innovative developments and IT solutions in healthcare.
The event will run until 18 April at 20/2 Pobediteley Avenue.
