MINSK, 19 January (BelTA) - Interests of the state and people are at the heart of the activities of the national public association Belaya Rus, Chairman of Belaya Rus Alexander Radkov said at the 3rd congress of the public association on 19 January, BelTA has learned.
“Since Belaya Rus' ideological backbone is to support the policy of Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko, the organization does not focus on the race for power. This helps the association to pursue a well-thought policy taking into account the interests of the state and people,” said Alexander Radkov.
In his words, Belaya Rus has, in fact, become a nationwide people's movement. “This is the platform for a dialogue between different groups, associations, and parties that are oriented towards the cooperation with the authorities,” said the chairman of the association.
