We dreamed of creating a cozy place where people in love, family couples, and young people, who want to have a delicious meal and relax, will feel comfortable.
In 2020 we came to see the places earmarked for commercial real estate. We talked to the colleagues who do business here and to the landlords. Before that we'd seen the success of commercial premises in the residential complex Mayak Minska. And we understood that things could be even better in Minsk World! The population is huge. The area is young. People aged 35-45 live here. We cater to them, we want to make sure that they have a good place here where they can relax and unwind, have a delicious meal and have fun.
Even the staff who work here like the location of our Kukhnya cafe: it is convenient for employees of the cafe to get here. There is a metro station nearby [the metro station Kovalskaya Sloboda was opened in November 2020 and the Aerodromnaya station is supposed to open in summer 2023, finish work with ceramic granite is underway there now). Secondly, the Minsk World infrastructure itself attracts guests!
We initially expected only Minsk World residents to patronize us. But now people who live in other areas also come here. They just come to see the multifunctional complex, appreciate its beauty, and visit our cafe at the same time.

Let's open the doors of the coffee shop with the merry title Fainy Lis in the Istanbul house of the Southern Europe quarter. The sign promises that right here, next to the entrance to the popular Lamoda store, you can eat a piece of delicious cake and drink a cup of coffee.
The deputy director Maria (pictured on the right) and the chain's owner Yulia spoke to us. Her clothes carry the symbol of the coffee shop chain, which successfully launched 11 years ago. One of the coffee shops was opened in Minsk World.
Yulia: Our business started in 2011. The first coffee shop had a different name – Chocolate Spoon. Those who have long lived in Aerodromnaya Street may remember it.
Maria: We have long dreamed of reopening a cafe in a new area - in Minsk World!
Yulia: When we came here, we saw the beauty of Minsk World - lawns, flowers, playgrounds, everything is beautified and tidy.
Maria: Minsk World looks like a separate city. It's like going from Minsk to a new cozy and comfortable place.
Yulia: We took a closer look at the multifunctional complex Minsk World and decided that we should open a coffee shop right here. A beautiful view! A children's playground, greenery, everything is fragrant and - honestly! - without even seeing the premises from the inside, we made a phone call and said that we wanted to start a business.
We had to think carefully about everything: a children's playground, a kindergarten about to open. Who loves sweets the most? Children, of course!
Maria: And a mother may want to drink a cup of invigorating coffee on the way to work after taking the child to the kindergarten in the morning. More and more residents are moving into the Istanbul house. It was commissioned not so long ago. We only opened our coffee shop on 15 February. But we are already getting the profit that we expected to earn in the first three months of our work.
Yulia: It's true! We bet on the first three months!
Maria: Our manufacturing division is located in old premises but since we do business here, in the newly built Istanbul house! — we understand all its advantages: many problems with utilities and water supply are immediately swept aside. We quickly took care of redecoration, brought in furniture, equipment and opened after two weeks!
Yulia: And in old premises we needed 6-7 months to open!
Maria: I'm sure there is no better solution. There will be many clients. Our colleague opened a flower shop in Mayak Minska 2-3 years ago. Later on she opened a coffee shop there and barely had enough time to came to us for cakes. It's just fantastic: her business in the residential complex Mayak Minska is growing very fast, month after month! I believe in our success!
Yulia: Why would I advise opening a business in Minsk World? Approval procedures get completed much faster here. I've reconciled everything with my manager via Viber.
Maria: And there is another thing: happy and satisfied people live here.

Maksim Sergeyevich: We chose from a large number of premises. Some didn't satisfy us due to the location. Some premises were too small and some too large. But we have been working for years and know what we need.
Pavel Aleksandrovich: We were interested in the promising location of the future shop in the multifunctional complex Minsk World! Aerodromnaya Street has good traffic at any time, the sign is readable even when you drive by.
Pavel Aleksandrovich: It is our first day of work. But a lot of people have already come.
Maksim Sergeyevich: Clients who live in Yesenina Street came and we had visitors from Malinovka. Some of them managed to tell their neighbors about our shop and some even invited friends from other cities. Thanks to the base build layout that Minsk World offers, we managed to arrange the premises in a stylish and beautiful way. It is very convenient that no finish work had been done here. We made everything just the way we need!
Our salons also operate in other cities and towns where we tried to adapt to an existing renovation style. But, unfortunately, it was not as convenient and comfortable as it is here.
Pavel Aleksandrovich: We will be happy to see all the residents of this area and Minsk residents who want to participate in our promotions and get discounts.
Maksim Sergeyevich: I think that opening a business in Minsk World has a lot of promise. There are many buildings, many houses, many residents, and a convenient location.
