It is very pleasant that there will be a mall and an international financial center in the area. It will be a real ‘15-minute city' with all the necessary infrastructure for a comfortable life. Therefore, we are happy!”
The neighboring quarter named Happy Planet will feature a new urban park with a area of some 40 hectares. The park will boast fountains and places for outdoor activities for both adults and children.
Let's ask Natalya for some comments! She has also chosen the Eurasia quarter and the new Tbilisi house. What are her impressions?
Natalya:
“The flat is great. We are happy with everything. The neighborhood is very good. It took us a long time to choose. We considered different options, but this one appealed to us most. Nearby is a modern kindergarten with a swimming pool and a school which my child will start attending in a year. Everything is within walking distance. We were also pleased with the price. We bought a flat when the house was still under construction. We took advantage of a discount of €20-30 per square meter. The Avia Mall shopping and entertainment center, which will open within walking distance of the Tbilisi house, will be one of the largest in Belarus.
