GRODNO, 15 January (BelTA) – Clearance time in Grodno customs for almost all transit goods does not exceed 10 minutes, BelTA learned from the regional customs.
In 2020, Grodno customs officers cleared over 12 million tonnes of goods going through the transit checkpoints. Over 90% of them were cleared in less than 10 minutes.
Most of the transit cargo, about 10,000 tonnes, was cleared at road border crossing points. In 90% of cases, road transit went to Russian recipients.
