Aleksandr Lukashenko's authorized representatives at the recent presidential election told the First News Channel what Belarusians asked them to convey to the head of state during the election campaign, BelTA reports.
On 4 February, the Belarusian president met with people who were his proxies at the presidential election. They told journalists about their meetings with voters and the messages people asked them to convey to the head of state.

“Had I not been an authorized representative of the head of state, I would  have never visited 36 labor collectives - from a bus depot to private banks - within such a short period of time,” said Olga Shpilevskaya, director of the office of the Mir TV and Radio Company in Belarus.

“In Kamenets District we spoke in a 420- seat hall that was filled to capacity. People asked us to give a hug to the head of state from them. There were words of gratitude from large families. People also said thanks for living in a calm environment,” said Chairman of the Standing Committee for Regional Policy and Local Self-Government of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly Mikhail Rusy.
