What we have been waiting for has finally happened! Apartments on credit in modern residential complexes in the center of Minsk have become affordable! This purchase is quite feasible even for those who do not have the necessary resources for a hefty down payment as it is from 10%!

The apartment is pledged as security. Spouses and close-family members act as guarantors. No income verification papers are required, the buyer has to earn at least Br1,820 per month.
