The reduction in the refinancing rate and consequently interest rates on bank loans has changed the situation in the real estate market. – lending period of up to 20 years;

– loans covering up to 90% of an apartment's cost.

The interest rate on the loan will be 4.74% per annum in the first year, 9.75% in the second year and the third one, and 12.32% after that.

If the buyer pays 15%, the interest rate on the loan will be 6.99% per annum in the first two years and 12.32% after that.

Loan payments in the first two years will be Br625.

Loan payments in the third year and later on will be Br1,006.

No guarantors are required since the apartment will be pledged as security, the buyer needs income verification papers.

PROGRAM NO.4

The down payment is 10%.

Payments in the first year will be Br721.

Payments later on will be Br1,052.

The apartment is pledged as security. Spouses and close-family members act as guarantors. No income verification papers are required, the buyer has to earn at least Br1,820 per month.

All the listed calculations are preliminary and depend on the current exchange rate of the Belarusian ruble. Specific prices in Belarusian rubles may change insubstantially as of the time of the apartment's purchase. More precise calculations will be made by representatives of the partner banks when the loan is granted.
