Five Belarusian students taking part in mind sports championships

MINSK, 26 October (BelTA) – The Belarusian team is taking part in the world mind sports championships among students (chess and bridge), the Telegram channel of the Education Ministry of Belarus informs, BelTA has learned.

“Over 400 participants from 32 countries are taking part in the chess championship. Belarus is represented by students of Belarusian State University of Physical Culture Vyacheslav Zarubitsky, Yana Ilyuchik, Mikhail Nikitenko, as well as students of Francisk Skorina Gomel State University Maxim Ivannikov and Belarusian State University Aleksei Kramich,” the ministry informed.

The championship will run on online platforms through 30 October.
