MINSK, 20 November (BelTA) – Polish President Andrzej Duda's refusal to take a group photo at the UN summit in Baku was not a very smart move, national security expert Aleksandr Tishchenko said in a new episode of the V Teme [On Point] project on BelTA's YouTube channel."The Polish leader is dependent in many respects.
