The Minsk World multifunctional complex is a promising European-class development project, which has repeatedly received high marks from foreign investors. Experts are convinced that now is the best time to invest in real estate in the Belarusian capital.
Belarusians have long recognized the advantages of the complex. The quality of construction, attractive prices and features of the Minsk World complex make it an ideal object for investment. This is why the project generated interest among visitors of Moscow International Property Show, which was held in Moscow the day before.
The event was impressive: more than 4,000 potential buyers, 30 lines of business and 80 exhibitors, including not only the largest developers and agencies of foreign real estate, but also financial and investment companies. Many of them showed interest in the Minsk World multifunctional complex.
What attracts investors to the project? First of all, it is a well-developed social infrastructure and transport accessibility.
The complex is built around the 15-minute city concept, which means that schools and kindergartens, adult and children's polyclinics, shopping centers and stores will be within walking distance. Not all megacities have such convenient infrastructure.
It is worth mentioning that each house has a designer lobby with a concierge desk, a seating area and a sanitary room, panoramic windows, apartments designed to a base-build concept, as well as high-speed OTIS elevators, many of which are panoramic. There are playgrounds and sports grounds in every courtyard!
For many urban residents, this level of comfort is an unprecedented luxury one can only dream of. Dreams come true in Minsk World!
For example, Moscow resident Sergei Gorbushin came to Minsk with his wife to personally study all the features of the complex. The spouses were satisfied with what they learned.
“The complex has a great location, everything is convenient and located right at hand. I particularly liked the fact that there are many sports premises - tennis courts, basketball courts, and also playgrounds. The advantages were so impressive that we got interested in investing in your complex, ” Sergei said.
Experienced investors have long recognized the potential of the multifunctional complex and therefore they are investing money not only in residential, but also in commercial real estate offered by the complex. For example, Lidia Lutovinova is an experienced investor, she already owns real estate in Spain. She recently bought an apartment in Minsk, and now she is eyeing commercial property here. The benefits of such a deal can be seen with the naked eye.
“It is a very beautiful project. I fell in love with it at first sight. I have also received an offer regarding commercial real estate, and I have got really interested in it. Comparing to Moscow prices these ones are much lower. I think that the rent here will also be good, because the project has really great prospects,” Lidia said.
Commercial premises are located on the first floors of most houses of the complex. This solves several tasks at once. First of all, this ensures a high level of comfort for the residents, who can just go down to the hairdresser's, bakery or pharmacy and get all the necessary services within minutes. Besides, this solution creates conditions for the development of local businesses and the creation of new jobs, which, in turn, positively affects the economy in general.
The same is true about the future Minsk World International Financial Center, the place which is to provide hundreds of Belarusians and foreigners with jobs.
All representatives of the real estate industry stressed the potential of the complex. They offer their own options of cooperation. For example, Tatiana Belova, deputy director of the Azimut hotel chain, wanted to visit the Minsk World stand at the exhibition:
“We know this project and we have been closely watching its implementation. It was very important to talk about opening our facility in Minsk as part of the complex. A hotel can become a good addition to the project,” she said.
The Moscow International Property Show is an excellent opportunity to demonstrate the investment potential of the multifunctional complex Minsk World, to tell our neighbors about its capabilities, to find new ways of development and formats of interaction. This prestigious project has all the qualities for becoming a new driver of economic growth in the region. The event in Moscow is another confirmation of that!
While investors evaluate the complex at various expos, Belarusians have an opportunity to study all the advantages in person, to get consultations, and choose the best real estate for life and investments.
