MINSK, 30 October (BelTA) – The Belarusian CEC has received the documents to register an initiative group of citizens to collect voter signatures in support of the nomination of Aleksandr Khizhnyak as a presidential candidate, BelTA has learned.
Aleksandr Khizhnyak is the chairman of the Republican Labor and Justice Party. He submitted documents to the CEC personally.
Belarus will hold the presidential election on 26 January 2025.
